Is a combi boiler right for my property?
Combi boilers are a great option for homes with 3-4 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. At Stark Heating & Gas, we can recommend whether a larger combi boiler is required. But we’ll also be honest if a system or heat-only boiler is better suited to your property.
How long will it take?
We can usually fit a new combi boiler within one working day. Things can take longer if you’re switching from a system or heat-only boiler or moving your boiler from one place to another. Rest assured, we’ll let you know how long it’s expected to take as part of your quote.
Do combi boilers come with a warranty?
Your combi boiler will have a warranty of 5-10 years, depending on the manufacturer and model. Annual servicing from our team will keep it intact, so you’re protected from repair costs during the warranty period.
When do I pay?
Don’t worry about upfront costs. Pay for your combi boiler and fitting when the job is completed.

Fantastic service from Stark Heating & Gas Ltd. The water pump stopped working in a house and we had a low water pressure in a house. Contacted Gary to arrange a quote for a new way of water supply and a new indirect cylinder installation. Once the quote was accepted, Gary and team were able to start few days later, which was a massive help. The full installation was carried out within a day, with the work being to a really high standard. 21/10/2025 - Another great service this year from Stark Heating & Gas with Garry and Ryan. Garry has continued his professional service liaising with the manufacturer to solve some issues with hot water tank. Garry carried this out in a professional and friendly manner, and nothing was a problem during this process. In addition, Garry and Ryan carried out the annual service today to the boiler, arrived on time, no mess, and always friendly and helpful with their advice. We have used their services several times, including repairs, the replacement of our old hot water tank system, and a boiler service.
