Is a combi boiler right for my property?
Combi boilers are a great option for homes with 3-4 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. At Stark Heating & Gas, we can recommend whether a larger combi boiler is required. But we’ll also be honest if a system or heat-only boiler is better suited to your property.
How long will it take?
We can usually fit a new combi boiler within one working day. Things can take longer if you’re switching from a system or heat-only boiler or moving your boiler from one place to another. Rest assured, we’ll let you know how long it’s expected to take as part of your quote.
Do combi boilers come with a warranty?
Your combi boiler will have a warranty of 5-10 years, depending on the manufacturer and model. Annual servicing from our team will keep it intact, so you’re protected from repair costs during the warranty period.
When do I pay?
Don’t worry about upfront costs. Pay for your combi boiler and fitting when the job is completed.

Garry did an amazing job fixing my boiler after years of other heating engineers ‘allegedly’ servicing it….but not really properly servicing it. Yes, it was a more expensive job than we first thought but I’m glad we got it done. No more noisy boiler sounds! Garry really knows his stuff and I’ll defo be getting him back next year for a full service.

Garry attended this morning at stated time to service my boiler. Can’t recommend highly enough, explains everything when finished all working well.
