Great professional company. Highly recommend

Garry has been servicing our boiler for the last 4 years and always carries out a professional job, telling us exactly what he’s doing & why. You can tell he has given excellent training to Ryan, who is almost qualified and ready to go out on his own now to work on his own. Garry also installed a new heating system for my step father and looks after that system now. I would fully recommend Stark Heating & Gas for any heating concerns.

what can i say from start to finish stark heating has done a fantastic job he was as always very polite and left our house very clean after the job was finished i definitely would recommend stark heating five stars all the way

Stark Heating and Gas has been servicing my gas boiler the last 5 years. I’m always impressed by the professional service, the efficiency with which Gary gets it done and the detailed feedback provided each time. Very reassuring to know things are ship shape for the next year. I also had a call out owing to a blocked outlet one year that Gary sorted quickly. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Just had my Vaillant boiler get it's annual service. Garrys' new management software told me exactly when he would arrive and his van pulled into the drive bang on schedule. The service was carried out efficiently with Garry providing all the test results and documentation that evening. Everything about the servicing and support from Stark Heating is first class as safety and quality are the building blocks for this business. I have no hesitation in recommending Stark Heating to anyone wanting premium service

Garry did an amazing job fixing my boiler after years of other heating engineers ‘allegedly’ servicing it….but not really properly servicing it. Yes, it was a more expensive job than we first thought but I’m glad we got it done. No more noisy boiler sounds! Garry really knows his stuff and I’ll defo be getting him back next year for a full service.

Garry attended this morning at stated time to service my boiler. Can’t recommend highly enough, explains everything when finished all working well. I had to call on Garry last week as boiler had broken down and even with his heavy workload fitted me in and got my heating sorted. Need gas repair or service give them a call.

I was very happy with the communications and service of our boiler by Stark Heating and Gas. They kept me aware of when they were arriving and completed the work in good time, providing me with a log of the visit and photos of the reading and outputs. Very efficient and effective.

Gary and Ryan arrived promptly to service our combi boiler, they advised us to replace 2 parts which we agreed to and kept us up to date through out the boiler service. We would highly recommend Starks Heating and Gas and will be using them to service our boiler and any repairs from now on.

Sent texts to provide regular contact to ensure the appointment was still suitable. Provided text message to say when they would arrive. Arrived within the allocated time. Garry was very informative and thorough explained what they would do and what was needed. Gave detailed report and photos on the boiler service. Did not leave any mess. Friendly team and will use them again next year for the boiler service. Would recommend them 100%.

Stark Heating and Gas Ltd have been absolutely fantastic! After trying 5 different plumbers who couldn’t resolve the issue without boiler out boiler, Stark were the only ones who were able to properly diagnose and fix the problem. They always make the effort to get out to you as soon as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable and skilled plumbers.

Boiler went off and Nicola got me an appointment the same day. Garry and Ryan were really helpful from the first visit through to the new boiler install. There was no pressure, gave clear advice, and they kept me going until it was fitted by helping over the phone. Smooth job and great service overall. Would recommend.

Outstanding service from start to finish I recently had my boiler replaced by Stark Heating & Gas Ltd and couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. The response time to inspect the issue with my previous boiler was exceptionally quick (2 hours after calling) and the diagnosis was clear and professional. Once it was agreed that a replacement boiler was required, I was genuinely surprised at how competitive the costs were for both the supply and installation. Additional work was needed on my flue, which was fully included in the scope. Despite requiring involvement from a third party, Garry managed every aspect of the replacement seamlessly. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed of progress, which made the experience straightforward and stress-free. The new boiler was fitted in a clean and tidy manner, with real care taken in the workmanship. Had Stark Heating & Gas install a new boiler for us. They were recommended to us by another heating engineer and we are so grateful that they did. The whole team Nicola, Garry and Ryan were efficient and friendly. Nicola was on the ball organising appointments and dealing with enquiries. Garry and Ryan worked tirelessly to get the installation done. They even arranged for the builders to come and brick up our old flue hole. We had a couple of wee snags that were acted upon so promptly by the whole team and you can really see that Garry cares for his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family team to anyone. Happy to have my heating in their hands going forward.

Garry and Ryan have carried the annual service on our boiler for a few years now. They are always reliable, good value for money, communicate well and are very neat and tidy tradesmen. Stark Heating and Gas did a fabulous job of replacing my boiler and flushing out 20 year old radiators last year. This week they came back to do the annual service, and everything was great once again. Highly recommend Garry Stark/Stark Heating and Gas.
